Description: Native cool season grass that grows 2.5 - 4’ tall; thrives best in nutrient rich mud and slow moving or stagnant water; creeping rhizomes and spreading habit are good for sediment stabilization along shores of streams and lakes; tolerant of extremely acidic conditions (pH 3)
