This exotic-looking perennial grows well in shade or sun. Broadleaf, leaves disappear in winter. Grows up to 2.5’ tall.

Install from 0 to 6 inches below waterline. Freshwater only. Can tolerate low levels of salinity (up to 2 ppt)

Wetland Indicator Status: OBL - almost always occurs in wetlands
